The next event is a Fun Weekend Camping, Green Laning and fun offroad Challenge event on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th August 2010 at Ruggaton Farm, Sterridge Valley, Nr Ilfracombe, Devon (OS ref SS 558 454 Lat/Long N 51.11.25 W 4.03.47 ). The meeting and scrutineering point will be at the site.

Please don't use the road opposite Stowford Farm Meadows if towing as there are a couple of VERY difficult bends to negotiate. Take the road through Berrynarbour instead to approach the valley from the North.

The proposed layout is as follows:

• People will start to arrive Friday evening, we'll have a barbie and a few drinks round the fire (Pete the Land owners Birthday so might have to sing him Happy Birthday too!
• Saturday Breakfast will hopefully be undertaken by the club cook - lovely sausages, bacon etc etc
• After breakfast we'll have a jaunt out to run a few gentle lanes stopping off somewhere for lunch, and if the weather is good maybe find a beach for the kids (kids of all ages accepted so long as they're with a grown up).
• Sat evening Barbie again and some more refreshments
• Sunday fun drive round day for more the road going vehicles, partners wanting to have a go, and any newcomers wanting to have a gentle play.
  There will probably be a Special Stage or a couple of punches set out and of course help advice and recovery on hand for anyone who wants it.

Cost will be £5 a head per night for camping. Hopefully we can all chip in again and buy food in bulk and save everyone a few £'s. It will then be £25 per vehicle for the Sunday drive.
